2117 series tool bags are wider than other bags and are made from heavy canvas or vinyl coated nylon which is water resistant and also very resistant to abrasion. The bottom is made from molded polymer plastic which gives additional water resistance. The 2″ web handles are sewn completely to the bag. Box “X” stitches on the handles prevent tearing. There is one large outside pocket covered with a flap with snap fasteners. The “HDL” series have a set of wheels attached with an expandable handle that allows the bag to be pulled on its wheels rather than having to lift the bag. This is like the “roller board” luggage.
